E-commerce platform eDesk is to create 150 jobs over the next 18 months.
The new positions will be at the company’s Dublin HQ, Derry, Skibbereen, and the east coast of the US, where 20 of the new roles will be based.
It will bring the total headcount to 250 and eDesk says the growth will facilitate further expansion into the US and EMEA.
The company says it operates a hybrid workplace model, offering remote working as well as office space for its current 97 employees.
eDesk provides customer support solutions for online retailers.
“These new hires will continue to support our growth by creating new updates and top tier products to ensure that our customers truly support each individual customer across all of their sales channels,” said Dermot O’Connor, CEO of eDesk.
